In submitting this form and using our services, I/we acknowledge that the use of Park and Ride parking and riding at Park Farm Equestrian, Park Farm, has certain risks and I/we accept that Park Farm Equestrian and associated businesses or persons shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the riders, horses/ponies or their property. Riders use Park Farm Equestrian’s Park and Ride services at their own risk and voluntarily accept the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in transporting and riding a horse or pony.

I/we agree to the terms and conditions of this service listed below.

· Approved hard hats to the current British Equestrian Trade Association and suitable safety equipment must be worn when riding.

· Riders are to only use official bridle paths or permitted access routes/fields on Park Farm land.

· Riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.

· Mobile phones must be carried on your person at all times.

· The rider’s yard or horse must not have come into contact with a confirmed case of strangles within the previous 8 weeks.

· All horses must be up to date with their vaccinations. We reserve the right to check all passports and turn horses away that do not have a passport or the necessary vaccinations and reserve the right to cancel the hire of the facility without rescheduling for another date.

· No dogs are permitted on the premises.

· Please be respectful of other riders and liveries.

· Park Farm Equestrian reserves the right to ask riders to leave the premises if they do not abide by the agreed terms and conditions.

· Horse boxes, vehicles and their contents are parked and left at the owners own risk.

· The rider shall not ride beyond their horse’s or their own capabilities.

· Riders, attendees and horses are not permitted to access the yard’s separate facilities and fields or woodlands which are in use for livery.

· Riders, attendees or horses must park at the designated Park and Ride parking area.

· Vehicle registration/s of attending vehicles must be given before arrival. No other vehicles are permitted on site.

· Attendees must stay away from the house and be respectful of the people living there.

· No horses are to be left unaccompanied tied up outside a horse box or lorry.

· Park Farm Equestrian can take no responsibility for any directions or maps provided or the suitability or rideability of the bridle paths or hacks. Rider(s) should familiarise themselves with potential routes before setting off.

· Park Farm Equestrian does not insure any horse, tack, rider or observer; you must make your own insurance arrangements. It is strongly suggested that you should have third party liability insurance as a minimum for your horse.

· No refunds are to be given.

· Riders must be respectful of the premises, the footpath, fields and any route they take.

· Riders accept they may encounter agricultural machinery on their route.

· Riders must be respectful of other footpath/bridleway users such as cyclists, walkers or dogs at all times.
